Anderson Mill West, Cedar Park Texas

Sitting at the base of the well-known rolling hills of Austin, Texas, Anderson Mill West is a small community north of the intersection of Ranch Road 620 and Volente Road in Cedar Park.  Homes range from the low $100’s to the high $200’s and the square foot prices are relatively low compared to other neighborhoods in the Austin-Cedar Park areas.  Most homes were built between 1995 and 2004 with a large range of sizes from 1100 square feet to over 3500 square feet.  Builders included Continental Homes, Milburn Homes and DR Horton.
