Cedar Park Town Center, Cedar Park Texas
Cedar Park Town Center is a DR Horton subdivision located between New Hope and Highway 1431 off 183A in Cedar Park, Texas. This subdivision offers the conveniences of urban living with a back home flair with its tree lined streets, large front porches and rear entry garages. When I drive through Town Center it reminds me of the summer days I spent in Pennsylvania, when people sat on their front porch and visited with their neighbors, sharing a cool drink and their weeks’ stories while watching children play. New construction range in prices from the $150’s to the $250’s for floor plans starting at 1,349 sqft to 2,153 sqft.
What Residents are saying about Cedar Park Town Center, Texas.
I enjoy the Main Street type atmosphere. The neighbors are friendly and nice. It is a pet friendly neighborhood, seems like everyone has a dog. I like the garages being in the back of the house and the alleys because you can really see the houses as you walk down the street. It is convenient to 183A to get to work and close to shopping. You are close the major highways, but it is set back enough that I don’t feel like I am on top of them, it is really quiet and peaceful out here. The Cedar Park Center is about a street away from the neighborhood, which is really nice. I also enjoy the Cedar Park Recreation Center basically in the neighborhood. It is really convenient, I can walk to it. Overall, I really love the house I bought and where I bought it. I am very happy here. Thanks Robyn!
