The City of Leander, Williamson County, Texas is located about 30 minutes northwest of the Austin Central Business District. Leander is a small but growing suburban community with a proud Texas history. Old Town Leander is quaint and rustic and provides visitors with a look back at the proud heritage of this great Texas town. The Leander Chamber of Commerce and Town Hall are but a few of the remaining old buildings still in use.

Crystal Falls Parkway serves as the gateway to this small but proud city and is the final northern most destination of the Capital Metro Rail line. What I Like About Leander

Although it is a small suburban community, Leander is one of the fastest growing communities in Williamson County. Leander has a number of retail centers to choose from like the new Gateway Shopping Center with Lowes and Kohls as the main anchor stores along with Starbucks,Taco Bell and McDonalds for a quick meal. The 1890 Ranch is only a short drive to take in a movie or dinner at one of the many eateries. The HEB Plus Center located near the light rail station is also a great place to shop.

The Crystal Falls Golf Course is the crown jewel and pride of the community with an eighteen hole course nestled into the Texas Hill Country. Grand Mesa is one of the premiere master planned communities with spectacular canyon views and large estate lots it’s what living in Leander is all about.
