Ridgewood, Leander Texas
Ridgewood is a Lennar Homes Community located in Leander Texas. There are two sections, Ridgewood North which has approximately 125 single story homes and Ridgewood South with approximately 350 single and two story homes. Lennar Homes started construction on this master planned community in 2002 and completed build out sometime in 2007. There are some wonderful floor plans available with something for everyone. Most homes offer covered back patios, fireplaces, high ceilings and open floorplans.

There is a park and a pool that serve the subdivisions North and South. The pool park has a large pool for the more experienced swimmers and a child’s wading pool for the little tikes. The park located in Ridgewood North has a nice playground for kids of all ages. Relax on the weekends at the pool with neighbors and friends or take a walk with the kids to the park.

Schools Serving Ridgewood
- Pleasant Hill Elementary School serves the K – 5th grade children and is located one half mile west on Crystal Falls Parkway.
- Wiley Middle School serves the 6 – 8th kids and is located one half mile east on Crystal Falls Parkway.
- Vista Ridge High School serves 9 – 12th grade students.
The new Rouse High School will become the High School serving the Ridgewood Community starting with a Freshman class in 2008 and adding a Sophomore class in 2009, Junior class in 2010 and Seniors in 2011. Make sure to check with the Leander ISD for more information about the RHS service area and schedule.
